The price is per meter. Everything you will need for a clean meter change out. These meters were tested when they were removed then thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The dial hands have been reset to zero. Decades of smog and grit was removed from the outside of the glass covers then highly polished inside and out. Meters were resealed with a new anti tampering seal on the meter glass retaining ring. Meter sealing rings are used but in excellent condition and will come with a new 10 inch lead and copper wire seal. These meters have many more years of service to offer. Meters will be packaged so as to protect the glass cover from damage. You may request the brand of meter you would prefer as long as supply lasts.
